What’s the delivery time on a bed?
Delivery time is ten working days.

What time will you deliver my bed on the day of delivery?
Goods can be delivered between 10am – 8pm. Delivery team will call you one hour before delivery.

What delivery areas do your cover?
We deliver in Berkshire and surrounding areas. Please call the customer service team for further information.
04.
Do your Mattresses have warranty?
- Yes, Mattresses come with one year manufacturer warranty.
- Your Mattress will be replaced should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects.
- Please retain your original invoice.
05.
Can I exchange/refund my purchase after it has been delivered?
You can return goods for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected, there will be a return shipping charge. Please call the customer service team for further information.

What if I decide to cancel my order prior to delivery?
If you decide you want to cancel prior to delivery, please contact our customer service team straight away on 0118 212 0440 or email customercare@samsbeds.co.uk
If you notify us of cancelling your order after the goods have been booked in with our delivery partner, there will be a 50% fee of the item value if it’s a ‘Bespoke Made to Order’ item.

Will you dispose of our old mattress?
We can arrange for dispose of your old mattress, please get in touch with the customer service team.

How long do you recommend keeping my mattress for?
The average mattress will last 8 – 10 years. Some mattresses may need replacing before that.
